EMF WEBZ LLC ("EMF Webz," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our EMF Webz website and online platform (the "Service").     • EMF Webz subscription service website function-specific information, each subscription service offered by EMF Webz has it’s own data fields collected for the purpose of the service provided by the website. Each website will have its own Terms of Service and Privacy policy that must be agreed to in order to use the service.
    • Device Information: Information about the computer or mobile device you use to access the Service, such as your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and mobile device identifiers.
    • Usage Data: Information about how you use the Service, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, the times you access the Service, and other actions taken within the application. This data is often collected automatically.
    • Payment Data: We may collect data necessary to process your subscription payments if you purchase a subscription, such as your payment instrument number (e.g., a credit card number) and the security code associated with your payment instrument. All payment data is stored by our payment processor, Intuit, and you should review their privacy policy.

    • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including all of the data collected by each website service EMF Webz offers that the User has subscribed to.
    • Allow designated directors or staff within your organization to review users and data entered into each website’s databases through the UI.
    • Generate and email summaries and reminders to designated directors or staff within your organization.
    • Process subscription payments and renewals.
    • Communicate with you regarding your account, support requests, and service updates.
    • Analyze user data and usage patterns to understand how the Service is utilized, monitor and improve the Service's functionality, enhance user experience, and guide product development.
    • AsWEBZ with customer service requests by accessing relevant user data, including training tracking information when necessary for troubleshooting.
    • Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.
    • Enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.
    • Respond to legal requests and prevent harm.

      •  With Designated Personnel in Your Organization: As a core function of the Service, training information is accessible to authorized directors and designated staff members within the same organization who use the Service for supervisory or administrative purposes.

    • Data Details: Specific data entered into subscription service website databases, including employee names, dates, recipient names, will be accessible within the Service's active database while your account is active. After this period, this specific data may be securely archived or deleted in accordance with our data retention schedules. Summary data (e.g., assessment completion or due dates, recipient name) may be retained longer as part of the user's activity log.
    • Email Summaries: Emails sent to directors/staff are subject to the retention policies of their respective email systems.
